No Show/Late/Cancellation Policy
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment, will result in a no show fee of 50.00.
If you are 30 minutes late we will need to reschedule your dog’s appointment. We also ask that you pick your dog up as close to their scheduled out time as possible. If you are more than 45 minutes past the time the pick up message is sent, a pet sitting fee of 10.00 will be tacked on to the grooming total. It is very important that your dog is picked up on time since other appointments are coming in, and space is limited.
Understandably, situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. In such situations, it is respectfully requested that a notice is provided 24 hours in advance. This allows for your appointment spot to be filled with another paying customer. Notice given for the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, generally will not be able to be filled. Your time is valuable and mine is too. Any notice shorter than 24 hours in advance will result in a no-show fee of 50.00.
Please note that effective immediately, any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no shows, will have to pay the 50.00 fee before any future appointments can be scheduled.
About Me
I have been grooming dogs for six years now. I love my profession and the art of dog grooming. I received my certification, and did hands-on training at a grooming salon in New York, where I groomed for five years. I enjoy learning the new techniques of dog grooming and handling dogs. I furthered my skills by learning from the world-famous groomer Jess Rona, and taking her courses as well. To me grooming is not a job, but a privilege. It will always be my mission to make your dog feel at ease, comfortable, and loved with every groom. I make it my main priority to focus on one dog at a time to provide that safe, calmcomfortable, and individual experience for each and every pup.
